Terms of use
In effect from 2026-10-31
What Pichafiti is
Pichafiti helps people find photographers, videographers and studios, and contact them. It's run by Felix Orinda, trading as Pichafiti, in Kenya. It's free to use at the moment.
Bookings and payment
Pichafiti isn't a party to anything you agree with a provider. No money passes through Pichafiti. Price, payment, delivery and any deposit are between you and the provider, and prices shown are starting prices set by the provider. We don't check providers' identity, skill or reliability, so take care before paying anyone.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep access to your email account safe, since it's how you sign in.
Publishing photos
You may publish only photos you have the right to publish. Every adult who can be identified must have agreed to it. No child may be identifiable. A client who commissions a photo may own its copyright unless you agreed otherwise, so check before publishing commissioned work. You keep your rights, and you let us show your photos on your profile and in search within Pichafiti. We won't use them in our own advertising without asking you and the people shown.
What isn't allowed
Don't publish anything false, unlawful or someone else's. Don't impersonate anyone, harass anyone, or copy data from the site by automated means.
Removing content and accounts
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, or following a report. You can leave at any time.
Liability
Pichafiti is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for a provider's or client's conduct, or for losses from dealings between them. Nothing here removes rights you have under Kenyan law. Kenyan law applies to these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
